Thank You Trailcraft Cycles!
In the 2025 season, Trailcraft Cycles sponsored HART Cycling with the prototype Maxwell 29 and Timber 29, the adult sized version of their existing kids line. Located in Fort Collins, CO, Trailcraft builds high quality kids bikes built out with top of the line components. Trailcraft’s bikes are lighter, more durable, and more confidence inspiring than your off-the-shelf kids bike you and I grew up on. The kids on Trailcraft bikes are always stoked to ride or toe the line in a race. It was awesome to join their number in 2025!
The Maxwell 29…
…became HART Cycling’s main race rig for the 2025 season. Ours are built out as light weight, 100/100mm race weapons(Sam ran an extra shreddy 120mm fork at some events). The lax, modern geometry and high efficiency pivot design made it a great bike to tackle the UCI circuit in the US and Canada.
The Timber 29…
…a stiff, ultralight hardtail with the geometry to rip the most technical trails. This was our choice for climbing-heavy races, like Missoula, or long days on flowy singletrack like Sea Otter.

It was an awesome season testing out these bikes before they hit the market! Working with Trailcraft was a great opportunity for the HART Squad and an unforgettable part of our bike racing journey.
Thank you Trailcraft and owner Brett for the generous support and an awesome 2025! Be sure to check out their website as they roll these bikes out in 2026!

In 2026 HART will be on something a bit different. We’re excited to share those bikes with you soon!
Until the next one,
